'Burn' is CRAP!
So of course it will get to number one.
As for the man himself, looks like a youthful toad and reckon's he's 'addicted to sex' because he can't keep his hands off groupies. The poor lamb.

His "ooh-oohs" and sheer desperation exemplified in the single frightens me.
Yet, I still danced to "Yeah" - and I wasn't drunk!

It makes me sad that Usher has become so rubbish. His last album, despite being overlong and at least 40% filler, contained enough corking tracks (I Don't Know, Pop Ya Collar, U Don't Have To Call etc) to be well worth a listen. From this one we've had Yeah! (rubbish when you're sober), Burn (rubbish if you've heard U Got It Bad - can one sue oneself?) and the 3rd US single is Confessions Part 2 (rubbish full stop). Most of the other stuff I've heard - apart from Take Your Hand - is just run-of-the-mill R&B. Described as the next Thriller by Jermaine Dupri, this isn't even the next Invincible.
And they're reissuing it. Cunts.

I liked Yeah *inspects shoes*, but Usher is a major wanker. Prince of the dancefloor or whatever shite it is that was part of his introduction on all the tv shows. Idiot.
Burn is shite.

"Yeah" is very cool, but Usher is a bit cringeworthy. The white trainers with jeans is a very dodgy look. And how pretentious was the publicity for the "Truth" tour?

I quite liked 'Yeah!'. Infact I thought it was very good, and transferred brilliantly from the Trevor Nelson charts (on spit on them) to 'The Only Chart That Counts'.
Burn on the other hand is crap. Yes, you slept with another woman, you're a bastard, now shut up and get out of my life - I'm sure these are Chili's toughts exactly.
I saw on TOTP that Usher has achieved what only the Beatles have ever achieved, by having three singles in the American top ten simultaneously. This made me feel quite sick, and has changed my mind about ever visiting America.
I'm sorry, I understand he's not my kind of thing, so I'll be bias against him anyway but no matter how good he is (supposedly) he's definitely not THAT good.
And he doesn't have a modest, humble bone in his body. Every interview I've seen him in he seems up his own arse. I've never heard of him praising anyone (except himself obviously). And he said Justin was imitating him, when it's obvious they're both imitating Michael Jackson, and Usher just they crappier version that got there first.
In conclusion: DIE USHER DIE YOU EVIL SELF-RIGHTEOUS DIRTY MAN WHORE (all capitals rather necessary)
[EDIT: Oh how I love this board, It's popstar directed rage, just what I love)

Burn (rubbish if you've heard U Got It Bad - can one sue oneself?)quote] I couldn't agree more. Both Yeah and Burn are utter tripe compared to the singles off 8701. I don't understand the big fascination with Yeah, I mean it's just shit really. And it actually makes me mad to see such an arrogant prick being supported financially by the general public. Does everyone not NOW know what a wanker he is?

I liked the singles from his last album, and then I liked Yeah! but it got on my nerves. Burn and Confessions Part II are pure shite. I hate him. He needs to get a flop so he'll quit the music biz!

But I think the Beatles record is to have songs in the Top 3. Or even 4.

Jesus Christ. Remind me to stay away from America. You better had. Confessions Part 2 has now toppled Burn from number one. Usher has now spent 21 weeks at the top this year, all with utterly crap songs. We may have had a wealth of shitty number ones here, but at least we have variety.

He used to be good. Now he's boring. The no. 1's at the moment are utter shit, Usher, Eamon, Frankie, that shit german group or wherever they're from! Disgusting. Get back to America, where they actually buy Jessica Simpson's music.

I hate him for not releasing Throwback, then doubly hate him for putting out the horrible Confessions Part II. Caught Up is making up for it though.
I still really don't understand how or why he suddenly became so massively popular everywhere. The first three singles from 8701 (Pop Ya Collar, U Remind Me, U Got It Bad) SHIT on Yeah, Burn and CPII, so why didn't he blow up then?

Yeah he's so boring. although Yeah was a masterpiece it must be said. What's this whole "wow, he can jerk about like he's having a seizure, what a brilliant dancer" business? Him & Justin Timberlake. They're not dancing, it's random shitness.

I know it's shallow and despicable to hate somebody because they're highly unattractive or otherwise funny-looking, but thankfully that's not the case with Usher. I dislike him because he's a bloody fool. One who puts HIS OWN RECORDS in his Top 10 favourite albums of all time (I read it in Rolling Stone), no less.
Having said THAT, don't you think he IS rather funny-looking, with a head shaped like a potato? Or a coconut? Or some other strangely-shaped food item? A capsicum, or perhaps a turnip...

I really do find it hard to see why he is attractive. I did get an erection once when he was on TOTP in the early days of his career. But that's because he took his shirt off.

My brother said 'he's got a heuge nose.' That's just mean. Well, he does. Also, the arrogant twat LIP-SUNC (synced? sunc?) at the VMAs. I don't CARE that he was naked in an artificial rainstorm. Excuse me? Oh, yes, Mr. Timberlake. We know you sing live. I just can't believe so many girls find it appealing that he had a baby with his mistress. Oh yes, so sexy. Gag. What and to whom did Usher sacrifice to receive such recognition for the worst album of his career? To me, his high point remains "My Way."
