They're lucky to have got Amelle she's an absolute gem. I agree. I think a lot of planning went into Mutya's replacement, and they couldn't have done better. I would be quite happy with that tracklisting. I don't need a regular greatest hits, seeing as I own all of their CDs. So loads of new tracks would be great. But yes it's very fake.

why start a topic about an OBVIOUSLY fake story and tracklisting?!? thats what irritates me most about the internet, lots of false information provided from people who dont have any sense or are just liars. 1. I mentioned that it was possibly rumours 2. No one knows (despite how obvious it may be) if it is a fake until it comes up with cd tracklistings on hmv or something 3. i have more sense than youll ever know..... i was just stating what i saw. get over it.

For the last time, it's fake.
Strung Out will probably be the lead single of the Greatest Hits and there's no way Ugly won't be on it.
Spreading those kind of rumours is dangerous. Look at what happened with the Mutya hating Red Dress thingy (which came from a fake interview...)

According to their manager, their new album "will be more organic - no drum programming, edgier indie bass sound." Dont know what I think about that....

i can't wait for the greatest hits, although i ahve all their albums, etc, it will be great having all the best on a cd. they should keep mutya and siobhan's original vocals though, as that was the actual single version, and is why it is a hit. if it is rerecorded it can hardly be called greatest hits, more like, sugababes, covering the past!!

I think their manager knows nothing - no drum programming? Rubbish idea. Red Dress and Push the Putton have great Drum Programming, and you can do a lot more with it than a real drummer can (let's face facts here).

i wonder who will be on the cover?
if every member of sugababes life will be on it, or just the current members?

Maybe it'll be like Take that's original 'Greatest hits', a collage of memorabilia/old photos, or stills from various videos a la 'J to tha L-O' might work well to cover the three incarnations. Picture it: a square, nine boxes-top line: Siobhan era, middle Mutya era, bottom Amelle era (assuming they reach a third video with Amelle that is!!!)

Or it could just be all epic, with NOBODY on it!
Simply "SUGABABES" in suitably massive fontage. Pics of all involved in the booklet.

Alright, already! It was a week ago! bobrobnob put up some info he found, it proved to be false, he said he wasn't sure initially, END OF STORY! I'm also forcing myself not to point out that I normally equate intelligence with the ability to use capital letters correctly. Oops, let that one slip out, didn't I? To bring us back to topic - I'd actually wonder if a Greatest Hits package with extras might be approaching a 2 disc set, given the amount of singles they've released. If done right, that would be pretty sweet.

Glad it's fake that wasn't the best track listing for a greatest hits..it left out some of their best tunes!

Surely, this article suggests that Siobhan's vocals will stay on her songs too. If it is illegal to re-record already released songs. I also find it mysterious that Amelle would be under the impression that she would be re-recording all the old songs, if the whole point of the Greatest Hits was to draw a line under the other Sugababes eras, or so they say. The whole idea of re-recording songsthat have already been released is just revisionism plus Siobhan and Mutya had a hand in writing those songs and were the true two original members.

If the singles whould have been re-recorded, I would have slaped Amelle's face!
Anyway, if there're 3 or 4 new tracks on the album, I doubt New Year, Soul Sound or Angels With Dirty Faces will make the tracklisting.

If you are having a Greatest Hits of the Sugababes, it wouldn't be right to not have Mutya on the album would it?

I will not buy a Mutyaless GH from the babes. That's like buying an INXS GH with Micheal's vocals deleted. Stupid.
