I quite like Charlotte's figure, actually. I've heard people label Mutya fat as well. There's no need for it! God, do you want them all ending up like Karen Carpenter?

All these jibes about Charlotte Church's weight are just common-or-garden girly/uber-camp gay guy bitchyness really. That said, Ms. Chruch herself is known to, erm, occasionally make a bitchy comment.
I don't consider her fat personally. No matter how much she excercises or how little she eats, she's never going to be like Victoria Beckham is she? (And why the hell would she want to be anyway). She's got a fairly big build, so she's never going to be skinny.

This topic has been winding me up for days with the fat comments, but I couldn't bring myself to reply.
Charlotte is certianly not fat and does indeed have a gorgeous figure. In my opinion at least, but I understand there are those who prefer woman to have bodies like men, but with added tits.
Even if she were fat, it has nothing to do with her music anyway. This board is supposed to be about intelligent debate and discussion about pop music, which can be done in a fun way, without everyone having to resort to the kind of thing you'd hear in primary school playgrounds.

Charlotte isn't fat, she's curvy and I think she's quite attractive aswell. Mind you Mutya is slimmer than Heidi & Keisha.

Go and look up 'irony'. Come back when you've grown up enough to post something witty and/or interesting. About six years should do it.
So, Charlotte. I can't honestly say I'll miss her if this is true. It's a shame, as precisely because of her refusal to be stick-thin and her outspoken, vibrant personality, she should have become the UK's best pop star. But her album was a mess - stumbling all over the place without once landing anywhere interesting - and her incessant bitching in interviews has made her seem one-dimensional and largely unappealing.

I like the album, but she just went in the totally wrong direction.
And the single choices were awful! The singles should have been
