The singer guy is super-creepy. I hate how every video revolves around him being so attractive to the laydeezs. He looks like a reptilian version of Will from Will and Grace. And their name is completely rubbish.

They're crap too. I wonder how long they will be able to sustain a career on the strength of one decent song?

Which one would that be then? The one that was quite cheery, 'This Love' or something like that, it was alright for a band so dull.

Some thoughts:
1. Musically they're alright. Nothing spectacular but each to their own I suppose.
2. Adam Levine is not ugly but is very overrated in terms of his looks.
3. On that note, Adam, you're probably not the casanova your lyrics and videos portray you to be.
4. She Will Be Loved would have been amazing were it not for the huge anti-climax of the chorus.

3. On that note, Adam, you're probably not the casanova your lyrics and videos portray you to be. I'll bet he is. Not many red-blooded women would say no.

And their name is completely rubbish. I second that emotion. He is creepy. Nasty staring eyes, and not even in an endearing Hannibal Lecter ' I'll only kill you if you bore me' sort of way. And his is the style of creepiness that magnifies with the stubble. Tsk. However I did like Harder To Breathe. Subsequent songs have gotten less imaginative (to put it politely).

The album is fantastical, and Mr Levigne is gorgeous. I would.
Although there is a bit in the 'Sunday Morning' video where he bangs his fist against his thigh and it looks like he's having a wank.

They're SO overrated. They only had one decent song, I don't get the deal with them.

"This Love" reminds me of the sort of song that a group like Hall & Oates would have done in the '80s.
I suspect that 90% of Maroon 5's appeal comes from the sexxxiness of their lead singer. He works it. He knows what pays his bills.

They're SO overrated. They only had one decent song, I don't get the deal with them. The album is fantastic. Maybe you should take a listen to it. Or maybe not. But it has brilliant songs on it, some of which I like better than one or two of the ones they have released. I didn't like them at first but they have grown on me.

Pleased to see them here.
On a trip to Edinburgh last summer, I forgot to pack my CD's and was stuck with the choice of the Maroon 5 album or conversation with ill-chosen travel buddy on the drive up there. Maroon 5 seemed like the lesser of two evils at the time, a mistake I did not repeat on the drive home.
I'll concede that 'This Love' was as successful as it deserved to be, but it's clear their entire career is built off the back of this song. The album had been around for a couple of years before they came over here, hadn't it? Release a moderate debut single, get the true hit single with the second release, sell the album off the back of that, then release dull shit no-one would have bought previously if it wasn't for the Maroon 5 label.
It all felt insultingly choreographed.
The singer is a hotty though. I've not had the chance to check yet, but he looks like he should have a fine ass.

The fact that they're nominated in the same catagories as the far superior Scissor Sisters at the Brit Awards is something that disturbs me, if they even so much as take one it will be an example of servere pop injustice.

His ears...he'd be so hot if it wasn't for his ears...and, I swear, the rest of the band used to be hot, but now it's just him, and they all look like Cousin It's Swedish...um...cousins...

Maroon 5 are really good, they are one of only a few bands who can actually play well live, and they should be credited for that

Bull****, Adam Levine is arguably one of the most overated 'attractive' guys in the music industry. Yes he's alright, but people seem to overlook the polo-shirted genius that is their drummer Ryan...what a beauty.

Clearly Most of you haven't listened to the Album! Maroon 5 aren't necessarily a band who'll release number 1's all the time- they're more into releasing a great album which they've done. This Love was brilliant but so was She Will Be Loved and Sunday Morning is very good too- Everyone had bought the album by the time it was released though!!!
I think they're BRILLIANT!!!
