Fresh from several years after their number 4 xmas smash, the sampler bandits have just made a triumphant return to the Radio 1 airwaves on Rob da Bank's show. Their new top tune, a tribute to their icon John Peel, can be found on their relaunched website. www.cubanboys.co.uk/I'd just like to state for the record, that their disappearance from the UK music scene has nothing to do with me their crazed official stalker holding them against their will in the basement.

I'd like to endorse this plug public service announcement, and implore the nation to go and download the song. It is happy hardcore with Status Quo - two of the mainstays of daytime Radio 1.

Yes you can. The new Spray album - 'Children Of A Laser God' - is going through final preparations and is nearly finished. It will be out this year.

yes, yes, the new Spray album is very good (but not if they include The Jinx!) Now let's get back on topic. Their brilliant return can be heard by clicking HERE and fast forwarding to 1 hour and 25 minutes. Stay tuned to 1 hour 34 minutes to hear my return as Official Stalker! It's just like the olden days! Hurrah!

The Cuban Boys' exclusive festive session for John Kennedy's XFM Show will be broadcast next week (from the 19th December). John will air one of the session tracks every night throughout his weekday shows which start at 11pm. Included in the suite of festive delights are a couple of new re-workings of old favourites, plus a special collaboration with the band's chums from Tokyo, Japan - none other than Astro-B. American sex-kitten, Lolly Pop, will also be providing some winter warmth to the madness. Christmas will never be the same again. www.xfm.co.uk/Article.asp?id=5381
