Anyobdy like them?
I bought thier new album the day it was released, it's better than the first. Thier new single Dirty Little Secrets is amazing, and it's not even the best on the album.
HIGHLIGHTS...
Move Along: All These Things That I've Done-esque, with choir, and anthemic qualities. Ace as spades.
Night Drive: The best use of claps I've ever heard. Even better than Sha La La.
Straightjacket Feeling: AAR in ballad shocker! It's brilliant, so catchy, and it makes great use of a piano.
Top Of The World: Spanish summer feel, really catchy, but not too instant.
Stab My Back: Nothing special, but it just has something which makes me really like it.
It Ends Tonight: Amazing. So heartfelt and sweet.

I loved them after seeing them at T in the Park a couple of years ago and got their first album. I really like it, still listen to it sometimes, but it's a bit same-y in places. I had no idea they've got new stuff out - I'll put it on the list.

I heard 'Dirty Little Secret' today, the first time I've actually listened to anything by AAR. It was good, I really liked it - and the video was ace too.

I knew I recognised them from somewhere- I completely forgot about "swing swing"! "Dirty little secrets" is a great video. I'm going to have to get this album. I'd also forgotten how hot the lead singer is!

I loved 'Swing, Swing' at the time it was released, I seem to recall the lead singer being buff too.
Haven't heard this yet, will be on the look-out.
