Apart from the obvious, non Pop Belgian acts, such as Front 242, Neon Judgement, a;Grumh, Poesie Noire (who are all excellent anyway), etc, the only thing I can think of is Vive La Fete, who are a bit like the Cure but with loads of electronics. Other than that...
Over to Mr. Pierre, who I'm sure will fill you in on the wonderous delights of Belgium.

Are there any good Belgian pop acts apart from Kate Ryan? I feel compelled to answer even though I'm not too sure I can be of great help. As you might know, Belgium is divided between two communities. The Dutch-speaking in the North and the French-speaking in the South. Culturally speaking, those communities live in fairly separate worlds. So I don't know much at all about Dutch-speaking Belgian pop. For slightly indie electro-pop I can corroborate nnnumb advice on Vive la FĂȘte and add Soldout (their song I Just Wanna Have Sex With You was a big radio hit here). Most of the Belgian pop I know seems to be of the indie variety really. Songs like Mudflow's Today or Zop Hopop's Welcome for instance. If you want to go back in time, there have been loads of great pop songs from Belgium, from Ca Plane Pour Moi to Dominique. If you have the possibility to listen to Twee Belgen's Lena, please do so. I think you might really enjoy it. A great place to start is this site : houbi.com/belpop/grouplist.htmI'll update my answer tomorrow.

Natasha Atlas and Helena Noguerra were both born in Belgium although are more associated with Arabic and French pop respectively. Helena's sister Lio grew up in Belgium, having moved at a young age from Portugal. It's a bit of a tenuous link but i won't miss an opportunity to plug her, she's absolutely fantastic.

I ended up buying the Kate Ryan single (couldn't resist, it's amazing) and Natalia's album, which is good pop in lots of different styles. I will check out the acts you've mentioned as well. It seemed mostly French stars were popular, with Amine (who I was amazed to learn is a man!) topping the charts in both countries.
