Terri did it at the weekend live on Radio 1Xtra, from a gig in Belfast. There's an mp3 floating about somewhere...

Shame she didn't include this as a b-side to her latest single. Fingers crossed they'll include it on the next one!

The B-Side to Terri's single is better than the A-Side in my opinion. It's not been off my MP3 player since I got it.

I kinda know what you mean. I've listened to 'If That Was You' more than 'Alright With Me' too. It really reminds me of Eternal.
Have you heard any of the other songs from the new album? I managed to pick it up from her Jazz Cafe gig in London last week, it's all about 'No Matter Whatever'

I've not heard any others, as yet. But I will be buying the album when it's released May 15th...if it comes out. I bought her last two. And this one will be no exception.

I like this. She's reigned her vocals in a bit. She's a really talented vocalist but when I saw her live a couple of years ago I didn't recognise half the songs as she was literally singing all over the tunes (in an Amy Winehouse way) and literally shouting bits of the choruses. This is cool though.

This is cool though. She has a great stage presence. On her current tour she's been doing an encore of Mary Mary's 'Shackles'. In Brighton, she pulled up people from the crowd to sing along with her on the stage, each person sang a certain part of the song. Her backing singers are equally as amazing, such beautiful voices. It's a shame that this lady is still relatively unknown in the UK, as she has a great collection of songs under her belt.

Terri Walker, I Am
(Dekkor)
Mat Snow Friday May 5, 2006 The Guardian
Buy Terri Walker, I Am now Soul is crowded with beautiful voices who set their sights no higher than singing sweet nothings. Having left her major label for an independent after her 2003 Mobo and Mercury prize nominated debut (Untitled) and its botched crowd-pleaser follow-up (L.O.V.E.) failed to break her out of the club circuit, this Brit-soul princess is looking to the songs, rather than production gimmicks, to improve her fortunes. Tugging the heartstrings, I Don't Care and The Truth are late-night farewells to lost love, while No Matter Whatever affectingly offers a shoulder to a friend in need. The boudoir numbers, which include a rap by TY, neither arouse nor embarrass, while the whole, produced by the same team as Untitled, sounds good at an intimate, low volume but increasingly thin and flat the louder you hear it. Walker sings beautifully throughout; she may yet make a classic.
