This book might be a good read. Pop star goes off the rails and marries Chris Evans then makes a comeback as Doctor Who's sidekick.
I've said it many times before, but she is a much better actress than she was a singer. I was surprised at how good she was in the first episode of Doctor Who and she's continued to be.
I liked the stuff from her second album more than the stuff from her first album as well. Day & Night is an excellently produced pop single, as was Something Deep Inside.

I still think the dance routine in Day & Night is one of the best. . That wasn't a dance routine, that was a workout!

What else has she appeared in apart from Canterbury Tales? She was also in a very dire one-off drama called 'Bella and the Boys'. Her performance was really quite terrible, but so was the script.

She was also good as Hero in the modern-day Damien Lewis "Much Ado About Nothing" that was on last year.
And "Spirit Trap". But we don't go there.

I hope she reveals how much she paid Chris Evans to relaunch her as someone with some credibility, or whether he just took the sexual favours.

Chris Evan was holding Billie back. I genuinely believe they were in love so I doubt she shagged him for a career boost. That's like saying PopSin.com is coming on the Popjustice.com forums to try and get people to visit their site becaue nobody else will and that's not true is it?
Anyway. I just loved all the 'Thrillie Billie' headlines in the papers. Today I spotted one with 'Billie's Willies'. I love how her name rhymes with such dirty words! It's a tabloid dream.

You got spunk kid. I loved Billie personally, and every bit of her pop career. However, she was on the verge on becoming one of those has beens before she married Evans, just because that's the nature of throw-away pop. I was just being conceited. Her marriage definitely helped boost her career, and you can't deny that. It took her career out of the limelight and gave her a name in her own right. And of course, whilst I believe whole heartedly that she loved Chris, you cannnot say that he hasn't played an important part in her career to date.
Like one can discover and fall in love with a place like PopJustice by working on another project, and use that relationship to learn more and be involved more. Do you see?

I cant stop listening to 'Misfocusing' its amazingly beautiful. Did she ever record a third album? I know 'The Tide Is High' was going to be the forth single of the second album, but was dropped as 'Walk Of Life' flopped. Could have been for the best i think, as i cant stand the song

I heard that she had recorded several tracks for a third album, but a full CD was never completed.

Her version isn't much to write home about though. Believe it or not I actually liked Walk Of Life as a single, although it was a little different from what she usually did so not much of a surprise it flopped.
