Tina's third single off her latest album has debuted at #29 on the Australian Singles Chart and at #2 on the HMV chart.
I'm actually really suprised because I think it's probably the weakest single off the album so far and it hasn't done that badly. I would never suggest that her management has been out buying copies of it to try and boost the chart position, but... well, y'know.

Well, gosh, you only need to sell 70 copies to get to number 93 or whatever it was*. I'm suprised they all don't flock to Australia. * It might not have been 70 copies.** Or number 93.

Hmmm, as I suspected it's a cover of the fab Lene song. It's not as good as her version (from the 30 second clip I've just heard on hmv.com.au). It's more suited to Lene's squeeky girlie vocals than it is to Tina's.

I think it's easily the best song off Tina's album (which I was pleasantly surprised to find in HMV last week).

Really? Who sung the original? Having not much to do at work today I have searched tinternet and discovered that someone called Stella Soleil has also done a version so 'appen she did it first. Her website has (full saveable) mp3s on it so I have listened to her version and Iit's more like the Lene one that I know and love. She also has a version of Kiss Kiss on there too which is ok.

I also didn't know about Stella's version but Lene's is a million* times better than Tina's.
*Give or take one.

I hope she releases Queen of the world next, the most superior song on the album (in my opinion anyway)

PYT is probably the best single Tina has released since "Pray" and easily the most commercial song on the album!
