Out this week, it's an Eric Prydz-style club banger remake of Robin Beck's Coke advert number 1.
The video is jawdropping in an "exploiting women as sex objects" kind of way, and the mixes are great.
Maybe Robin can finally get that elusive second hit?

No it's not. Have you heard it out when you're full of vodka Red Bulls and poppers? It sounds better in that setting.

Well I heard it when I was full of RedStripe and Marlboro Lights, so probably not the same effect.
However, I hate all these 80s covers dance remix things going round at the moment. It's like a 'Soundtrack of San Antonio' compilation album.

However, I hate all these 80s covers dance remix things going round at the moment. It's like a 'Soundtrack of San Antonio' compilation album. God, so do I. I hated them at first, then I heard them in clubs while very drunk and enjoyed them. Now I hate them all again, I'm sick of them. Frankly if you have to get drunk and/or high to enjoy them they can't be much good. Sunblock's video for I'll Be Ready was great though. It was so cheesy AND it exploited sweaty muslebound men as well as thin but big titted women. The grainy stock footage through the binoculars was funny as well- someone surfing, a ship... and a polar bear.

I'm not a fan of this either. I loved the original version of this song, but this is a total travesty. The video is awful too. It will still be a hit though, probably scraping the top 10 to disappear the week after.

It's hardly a second hit for her really. She certainly won't get more than maybe a few PAs out of it, and she'll still be regarded as a total one hit wonder, because it's the same song.
I wonder if she'll do any TV performances for this? She was still looking alright when i saw her on some nostalgia show a few years ago.

Sunblock's contributions to pop so far have been cringeworthy, cheap and irritating.
