Along with Dangerous Muse, there may possibly be a boy-duo ejaculation brewing in response to all of last year's girl-duo action (but so far they don't seem much interested in girls). I checked and I can't yet find a mention here of Lo-Fi-Fnk, which is odd as they are from Sweden. They put out a new single this week, 'Steppin' Out', which is very nice if you like beeps and things. In fact, it is very nice even if you don't. And the song is about coming out as a gay, for those inclined towards such things. Here are some links if you are bi-curious: Buy the single/album: www.klicktrack.com/shop/release.jsp?r=11963&cp=17Read about the single (with full stream): www.arjanwrites.com/arjanwrites/2006/05/stream_lofifnk_.htmlThe obligatory MySpace page to become their 'friend' (and hear some more): www.myspace.com/lofifnkswedenAlso take note: May 31 2006 8:00P Old blue last, Shoreditch London Jun 1 2006 8:00P hanbury ballroom, brighton Brighton Jul 7 2006 8:00P adventures close to home / Barfly London

They're actually called Lo-Fi-Fnk, so maybe you'll find more on them if you search for that. Anyway, yes they are ace! I particularly like their videos, the one where they just stand and dance about a bit with a white background and a few colourful lines and things, is very sweet.

I absolutely love "Boylife". It's a masterpiece both lyrically and musically. 'Steppin' Out', 'Adore', 'What's On Your Mind?' and 'Wake Up' are my favourites. I prefer them to Dangerous Muse anytime!
