What halfwitted tone deaf imbecile at the BBC agreed to let Candice (Corrie's Nikki Sanderson) sing, that was absolutely vile!

Sugababes have just been on BBC Wales but without Mutya. Heidi sung her bits.

Stuart Price is deaf if he says Madonna can sing.

Bet it was a wise decision to have Jordan mime in her duet with Peter Andre.

I thought she was too good to be true. I'd donate a tenner of Fearne threatened to sing Driftwood again.

What was Madge wearing? It seems to be a close replica of the the dress my Auntie June wore to my new niece Katie's christening party last month. It never suited her either.

I can't decide if the best comedy moment was Catherine Tate on EastEanders or Jordan insisting she sang live. Twice.

Is it me or, with the exception of Katherine Tate and Dr Who, is the line-up and the material even more crap than ever this year? Its like they've pulled a coup by getting Madonna so just couldn't be bothered to make the effort with the rest of it.

I can't decide if the best comedy moment was Catherine Tate on EastEanders or Jordan insisting she sang live. Twice. It was the perfect timing of Stacey saying it didn't matter what you got up to with boys as long as you didn't get filmed with the front page of today's Sun.

Who decided to replace Gaby with Natasha Kaplinsky? Not exactly the most obvious choice replacing lovely, happy, wholesome Gaby with a woman often painted by the press as a cold, ruthless bitch who got where she got by sleeping with the right men.
Not that I'm saying what the press say about her is true, she's probably very nice I just think she's a strange choice to be picked to front a 'Come on everyone, let's all be lovely and give lots and lots of money to the poor kiddies'. It's not really the image she has.
I bet she slept with Pudsey.

Liberty X also sang it about an hour ago. Catherine Tate was hilarious on Eastenders...as was Jordan. I completely agree that Gaby should come back, (natasha should be banished to a dark and slimy place and take brucey with her), and that it was pure comedy gold timing for stacey to say what she did! I remember Children in Need normally being quite good, in a watching BBC1-all-night kinda way. I lost count of the times i channel hopped tonight...load of old rubbish.

Bring Sue Cook back I say.
When I was younger I alway wished I was rich enough to be the one who'd buy her Pudsey Brooch.

They should stop the local stuff. The Scottish one had at one time Strictly Come Highland Dancing, with 'celebs' that no one has heard of or cares about. Dire.

I like the sound of Strictly Come Highland Dancing, but things like that are only as good as the celebs.
My general review of the musical output from last night is *my ears, my ears*. Which idiot thought it would be a good idea to let Nikki Sanderson near a live microphone? Which idiot thought it would be a good idea to let Jordan near any kind of microphone? "Don't be tight!" Come back and tell us that when you're not wearing such an expensive dress or sold one of your ferarris!
Insisting it was 'live' wasn't quite as ridiculous as insisting that she was better than Javine at Eurovision and only lost out due to someone else's hate campaign.

If Jordan did mime on her duet with Peter on "A Whole New World" then I am impressed as there were still one or two bum notes to make it seem as if it was live & her lip-synching was way better than anything Girls Aloud can manage!
The other musical highlight was the new Texas video with Peter Kay = surefire No.1.
The lowlight was Nikki Sanderson's singing & another lacklustre/mediocre performance from Madonna.
Is it only me who is starting to think that Madonna is getting past it for dance music??

Natasha - ''so how does it feel singing here''?
Jordan - ''well it's an improvement on Eurovision''
You never made it to Eurovision you cunt.

Another little bit with Jordan went something like
Interviewer: "And everyone said you couldn't sing" Jordan: "Well I proved myself wrong."

Anyone know if there is a Children In Need site streaming the Catherine Tate/Slater thing? Me and my friend decided to go to a Son of Dork video shoot instead, which was equally as boring and pointless as staying for CID. The sky+ failed and it sounds hilarious

Jordan was such a comic genius (or twat) that night. I especially loved the, 'I've got a fitness video coming up, but I'm not here to promote myself' - hillarious.

Jordan: "All those critics, I always prove them wrong, and I'll do it again" A little less with the hate and more with the IQ would be good.
