Yeah, like Chantelle needed any help looking like a wanker. Preston is such a knight in shining armour. Nice of him to run out on Traci during Pete's attack. And wasn't George sitting there as well, the man who nominated Maggot because he doesn't tolerate bullies?
I suspect Pete's just being vile because he's bored. I wish someone would bring up Boy George -- I wonder then if Pete would follow his own advice to Jodie about keeping his mouth shut with dignity.

Pete has put up with a lot over Traci and there's only so long you can live with someone like that before something tips you over the edge and you have to put her them in their place. Pete did this very well.
The problem is that Pete doesnt Bullshit over his opinions of people around him for the sake of it and doesnt believe in it. This is one of his best qualities but it sets him aside from the other housemates. He is well known for his no nonesense take no prisoners style. Never cros Pete Burns.
I love the bit in Boy George's Take it Like a man where he mentions meeting pete in a club and him calling george a c*nt. They've since made up though if you remember the interview on boy george's radio show a few years back.
What was the Sinitta thing and how did their paths cross though? Maybe next time she's siphoning herself some pink pound round birmingham I will wear an "I love Ma Burns" tee shirt...

Yeah, like Chantelle needed any help looking like a wanker. Preston is such a knight in shining armour. To be honest, I found it slightly patronising that he just assumed that she needed protecting intellectually by him! She was perfectly chirpy sitting on her stool in her happy Rainbow-Brite socks, tweedling on about whether Belgium is a country or a city, and maybe learning a little geography in the process - something I feel we all need more of. And yet, here goes Supa-Preston: 'I just think it's really mean of him to mock her, blah blah, even though in making this very comment I am airing my own considered intellectual superiority; I know she's a bit thick and that's why I have to look after her' No Preston, you don't: she seems a shiny, happy person who is totally content with her life and is just having a bit of fun. She is the only one in that house who hasn't really bitched, thrown a ridiculous wobbler like La Burns (even though I love him for them, they are slightly silly after a while) or burst into pretentious tears whilst waving hands in the air at the frustration of being 'misinterpreted' like that wanker Barrymore How much did I LOVE her self-portrait interpretation: 'Not bright intellectually, just in like, bright colours'. Rather a happy chirper than a miserable intellectual pseud - Chantelle to WIN!

I liked Pete at first, thought he was quite witty. But since the Traci incident i've really gone off him. Now i think really nasty piece of work who behaves like a spoilt child. All this "Oh he's being himself - he's a good person because he's being honest" stuff is idiotic. Just because you're being honest, it doesn't give you the right to bully other people. He deserves all the bad treatment he will get from the general public when he gets out.
