The whole performance and first few scenes of being in "Australia" were actually filmed in New Zealand. Why on earth are they fobbing it off as being in Australia when it wasn't?

I was wondering why they didn't show them in New Zealand. They came here first afterall.
I guess we're not important enough to mention. That or they think the audience won't know there's a difference.

I think it's obvious that Channel 4 (and the record company/management?) have edited it so it seems like they're always bitching and stuff.
Let's face it, we are being shown three hours worth of footage, filmed over what, a couple of months? It's hardly going to be a well rounded, in depth look at five women is it? It's more likely to just reinforce their various public personas. And besides, them all cuddling up in bed together with their teddy bears doesn't make newspaper headlines (well, maybe in The Sport) or very good trailers for the show; it's better to have them arguing, swearing and getting drunk.
Oh, and the fact that 95% of the male fans they show are screaming queens, is, for a straight male fan, a bit grating. Is that the only audience they think the Aloud have?

Maybe it's the only audience in Australia that bothered following them around?

If anyone else noticed, that's not the only part they failed to clarify.
In the first episode they made it seem like GA jetted out to Ibiza during promotion for WLH for a tour, when in fact that happened way back in the beggining of September, as evident by the posters shown in footage from Ibiza.

Why...in the exact first clip from the first episode...is it just iike they took their little camera and put it up to the computer playing the video from a single? Like...it ahd the little scrollbar at the bottom and everything! Could they not just clip a bit from the proper video?

Best not tell her about coming 4th in the Kerrang ugliest Celebrities poll then. Where do people get this idea that Nicola is ugly? She may not be quite as stunning as the rest of the girls (although I personally think she is better looking than Kimberley - I've never understood what all the fuss is about there) but she is undeniably a very pretty girl!! I agree..Nicola is pretty.

I love Nicola to bits, but the fuss really IS all about Kimberley and those amazing lips she has. She's the most gorgeous in my honest opinion and she's also the one who's coming off the best on the doco.
Speaking of the doco, all its errors aside, the scene in which I got the most laughs was when Cheryl was having a bit of barf on camera. Was even funnier when Kimberley announced she had no one to blame but herself.

Luckily, being on E4 at 22:30 means it's getting a not-so-massive number of viewers...

It's actually doing really well - over 300,000 watching every episode. Chantelle's Dream Dates struggles to get 100,000.

That or they think the audience won't know there's a difference. That's the EXACT same 'relationship' we (Canada) have with the U.S. We just get plopped in with them as if we don't exist. Ah, well ... we do it to ourselves. x

I think it happens to most places that border eachother.
I once saw an American program where the whole of The UK & Ireland had 'ENGLAND' plastered across it in big letters.

Did anyone catch Nicola's smirk and raising of eyebrows upon hearing Sarah's "feeling a lot better today"? Oh how I laughed!

I'm sure most people watching will understand that the producers will select bitching scenes over scenes showing them sitting reading a book. I also think that girls together getting ready for anything will involve a fair amount of 'my legs look fat' type comments, so if they are getting filmed getting ready several times a day over several months, there will be a lot of that bitching and whinging. More so because once they are made-up, they have to wait for one of the others to get her hair done. Perhaps they should take up reading more books after all?
Kimberly is coming across as quite sweet, but she's not really doing that much. She's the one who didn't turn up for some interviews because she was having a lie down because she was tired. Cheryl might come across as the grouchy one, but at least she comes across as the one who would turn up to do interviews even if she was tired.

Cheryl seems the most professional i agree. I think she has the most star quality aswell.
I used to like Nadine but after watching this programme i've gone off her. Fake fake fake.

I am so upset. Kimberley is my fave. And it clashes with Lost. And my damn VCR don't work. And I haven't upgraded to a DVD Recorder as yet. I think I shall miss 30 mins of Lost and see some Kimba.

Nicola came out of that episode so well. And HOW FUCKING AWESOME does she look in those glasses?
I think their tour manager could safely be described as "long suffering" based on the perma-whinging targetted at him in Greece.

Maybe the producers saw most of us on the official forum complaining about too much Jesse, and cut his scenes out?
The Greek taxi driver was legendary, and I bet he'd drive that Ferrari better than Sarah did.

Don't even get a DVD Recorder. Get a Freeview PVR. They are stunningly good and in some departments even come out better then sky+

I think their tour manager could safely be described as "long suffering" based on the perma-whinging targetted at him in Greece. Cheryl in particular didn't seem too happy about sight seeing in Athens, though her "Don't they have the fuckin' poop 'n' scoop rule here?" line did amuse me. What did she have on her t-shirt in those scenes? Something like "Be careful....." and then something to do with breakfast. Kimberley and Nicola are coming across the best.

I adore this show.I must agree Kimberley, nicola and cheryl arev coming across the best. Sarah seems to be a right old miserable cow with a few issues while Nadine seems to be a pain in the ass.
Cheryls lines are priceless, she definitely is the star of the band but Nicola really really warmed to me last night. She was friendly, genuine very family orientated.
Jesus I would love to fly to the UK to see the arena tour as they not coming to Ireland but none of my mates will come with me.Bugger!!!!!!

I think Cheryl's T-Shirt said something like "Careful - I had champagne in a bowl for breakfast" or something like that.

Lost took almost half of Girls Aloud's viewers last night, as I thought would happen.
