Well, according to Music Week, CD:UK is set to re-appear on Five later in the year. After being dropped by ITV' s new commissioning team, Blaze are now in talks with Five over plans to re-launch the show. Apparently, discussions are also taking place with Myleene, Johny and Lauren to return to the programme as hosts. The Australian version, renamed CD Live, is launching on 15th of May.

If it comes back just have Lauren!
Get rid of the MI-Tracks things as well, it is pointless

Get rid of Jonny (he was awful, one of the worst presenters I have ever seen), keep Lauren and Myleene and get a cute boy host - maybe the Fleeshman! Also, a return to pop and dance acts in the studio and less emphasis on Fiddy Cent...

I don't think Five have ever had any decent ratings at 11:30am on a Saturday, so if CD:UK got the same sort of ratings that it got on average on ITV1, it should do fine.

I liked the guest host thing where there was a different one each week.

Yeah that was ok,the only problem with Five is that loads of people in the country don't actually have the ability to watch it.
I hope if it comes it has a bit of a make over, flashy stuff, some sparkle....*day dreams*

Yes, guest host are definitely a bad idea. Richard Fleeshman is a good idea though!

It got axed for a reason!? Surely Five would have better sense than to re-launch it? They have to ditch the presenters - Johnny and Lauren couldn't present to save themselves and don't even get me started on Myleene...

I think the reason was just that it didn't fit into ITV's plans, but Five believe it can fit into theirs.

Five love to show ITV's rejects dont they.
Anyone remember when Home & Away used to be on ITV?

I don't think Home & Away was a reject, it's just that ITV lost out on a new contract.
