Three of the biggest selling records of this year are absolutely vile.
Westlife - You Raise Me Up Crazy Frog - Axel F Shayne Ward - That's My Goal
Yet all three of these records have sold like hotcakes. Two are dire cover versions of which was was a ringtone & the third is a song so poor it was rejected by Westlife & Steve Brookstein.
The question remains who are these morons buying this utter rubbish?

Not forgetting Amarillo- OK, not as bad as those three, but that only sold because of Peter Kay/Comic Relief.
The reason they all sold well is they all had constant publicity. Crazy Frog was advertised about five or six times in each advert break, Amarillo was pretty much shoved down our throats and Shayne has the X Factor viewers. I agree the public are stupid for falling for it every time though. As for Westlife, fiercely loyal fanbase.
