They performed All About You (a little out of tune at first) and then had to endure a trademark cringeworthy interview with R&J... Tom did practically all the talking and at one point Judy told him he played the guitar and sang like John Lennon (oh please).
Harry actually looked as though he'd had a wash within the past 10 days and denied the rumours that he's shagging Lindsay Lohan. And I swear Danny had stolen one of Matt Busted's shirts... Dougie spoke once, bless him.
R&J are truly insufferable though.
Edit: I forgot to mention Richard's very poor attempt at 'cool' by asking which one played "that great guitar lick". Cringe.
Edit again: Ok apparently I was wrong about Judy commenting that Tom plays and sings like John Lennon. Sorry all.

Thank God I missed it then, I can't abide R&J, they're harmless enough but as you say, very cringeworthy, McFly must have been dreading it. You have my admiration for watching it though, I do hope the experience doesn't give you nightmares!

In her defence, she actually said he stood like John Lennon, not that he sounded like him. Quite different to how you put it! She was leading into a question about the 60s influence to their music. He does actually stand like Lennon with his feet outwide and and his chin up. He just needs to pull his guitar up.

Richard proved his effortless cool once again with his reference not only to Linda Lohan but also his comment that McFly even have fans in their twenties and - gasp - thirties. Well bugger me gently.

I was on This Morning when R&J were still presenting it.....they are exactly as they are on screen in real life. we were on it near christmas (2001?) and richard spent the ad breaks trying to get judy to drink mulled wine. yep - getting her to drink. he was very 'me me me' and kept shouting at the camera men for not focussing on him enough. denise and raj were very nice though.
an-y-way....
